Returns & Refunds
We make every effort to ensure each candle is perfect before sending. We take a lot of pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If more than 7 days have gone by then a return or refund will not be offered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. Buyer pays return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us within 7 days to initiate an exchange. Please add a photo and email email@example.com describing the issue.
